Cameras:

I shoot with either a Sony A700 or a Minolta 7D digital SLR.

For infrared I have been experimenting with using an old Minolta Dimage 7.

Studio Lighting:

In addition to a variety of camera strobe flashes, I utilize Paul Buff's White Lightning strobes.
